You may find a loose red ring but even if you do it may not be any better than yours, unless there's a pile of spares still in their original packaging somewhere.

The best fix is to carefully clean and remove all the remaining paint and corrosion, spray paint the ring red then carefully scrape the paint off the raised letters. Time consuming and the results depend on your patience and steady hand.
