As I read it, the document advises to avoid using tyres which are long out of production, including those Michelins. The second picture you posted was a similar tread apparently sold by Vrakking in The Netherlands, but seems to be no longer available from them. Would be interested to learn if they were made recently.

The Michelins were also seen on period pictures of early 3 ton 6x4 lorries (Guy, Leyland), on some RAF Fordsons and at least one Bedford MW. And I have also seen them fitted to monument 25pounders. Indeed it was also seen (and produced) post-war, on Panhard EBL's for instance, but my question remains.....was there a recent production run since the creation of the French PDF document? or are all recently restored wartime french vehicles fitted with old production tyres? Does anyone know?
