There are whole channels of aviation crashes and investigations. Always sad to watch, but reminders of how things can go so horribly wrong.

For this group, there was a B17 with paying "flying experience" passengers on board being operated by the Collins Foundation. Just about everything from my limited knowledge of multiengine flying went 100% Tango Uniform. The aircraft had problems, the guys up front weren't talking between themselves, they didn't talk to tower enough, and then they had a bad line for landing.

Imagine how someone with their HMV had a similarly disastrous day? Ours don't crash as spectacularly, but people can be hurt just as quickly.
