Looks like all RCEME equipment. Maybe a Holmes and a Garwood Wrecker, with a KL in the middle.
Back then, Canada used to have annual Memorial Day Parades across the country, I think in September, or late May. All three branches of the services were involved as well as local Emergency Services. Navy was first, followed by Army and Air Force units and then the Civilian Services. Every local Ship, Regiment and Squadron was represented with personnel and equipment. Always a major local event and well attended. Done away. With in the late 1960’s, IIRC. David
