I am in contact with Karl at Alloy Foundry in Merrickville.

I will let you know what transpires as we go forward.

I would say, that I suspected they would be the answer but I just don't presume anything anymore, we have a lot of resources available to us these days, as I found out when I was looking for a black oxide coating company.

What was the catch phrase? "Film at eleven".

Any Amish that far north? Our go to in this region is an Amish foundry in south easter Pennsylvania. But that's this side of the border and won't help you. I think they only do small runs.

Robin,

You may not have to post it to me at all. Here's a bit of information on them. I personally haven't ordered any castings yet. But I know others who have including my father. And the process was just as described in the link here. Mail them the pattern with the type of metal and quantity desired and a while later get the pattern and castings back along with an invoice.
