Bruce.
Somewhere in the Niagra Region of Ontario during the Cold War, there was an entity known as the Regional Operations Communications Centre. Its reason for being, what it actually did, and where, I do not know. I would put money on the odds that can is connected to that organization rather than the Canadian Army. David |

The organization I am thinking of is indeed, the ‘Regional Communications Operations Centre’. The rest of my other post is correct. For some reason in this section, my fingers were apparently already in Neverland! David |
