Dip stick access cover
The engine cover image in post 5 shows the domed top cover, but also a pressed, deep cover at the dip-stick access, which from memory is normally a flat piece with a foot, the whole pivots sideways to gain access to the dip stick. It is normally secured by a stud with a wing nut. Why the more difficult to manufacture deeper/pressed cover?
So more differences than just the domed access cover on the top of the engine cover. Mike

Engine Cover Welt
Hi , some have the original welt on their engine cover?
Maybe the same install on willys MB grille to Hood? Regards
