Looks to me to be a private purchase lieutenant/midshipmen plain Pattern 1805 Naval Sword. The brass stirrup guard suggests naval service, but the curvature of the blade is between a cavalry sabre and an infantry sword.

I have seen these described as a "Sailor in Horse Naval Cutlass"
