While originally not the subject of this thread, the "third category" Fords - i.e. not built in the US or Canada - are an interesting subject as well.

Let's rephrase the question (I have altered the subject title): who has seen evidence of US-built Ford 1942-model trucks in Allied service, including any Marmon-Herrington converted ones? (Hans? Nuyt?)
