Yes, 4 inch Kevin. Hidden in that secret place that we all have and can never find are some 4 inch and 1 inch originals. When this old mind remembers that secret safe place I will post photos.

Has anyone seen them on heavier armour other than carriers and armoured cars such as Ram and Sexton? The Ram being a cast hull might have posed a problem to a water slide transfer but a Sexton with its slab sides should have been ideal.

I think from an earlier posting on this thread it has been established that October 1943 was the start date for these decals, so I believe that the Ram tanks were manufactured before that date. The Sexton may qualify but again I don't think it has been established if everything manufactured after October got slapped with a "Canada" decal or just selected contracts.

Here's another carrier, owned by Erik Jostad in Norway with remains of an original decal ca. 3" in diameter.
I think the stencil above the decal reads "NOT TO BE STOWED ON DECK" 110318213_10157127769305964_4323804524836067629_o.jpg 110203998_10157127766355964_2537218819184036234_o.jpg

In AFV News, Vol. 31 No. 3, Sept. - Dec. 1996; Cookie Sewell reported on The Cobbation Combat Collection in Upper Devonshire, England. In that report he included two photographs of a CMP LAAT which had the "Canada Decal" affixed to the doors. I do not know if the decals were original to the vehicle and I have attached the photographs to this post.
