Here is the pintle I have- very heavy duty- not sure if it the one you need.
overall length about 15 inches, shaft dia about 2.25 inches

I don't think that is 25 pounder...at least not the type I have seen around here.

Bob, I think your Lunette eye is for the M9 trailer used with G159 Diamond T tank transporter. A handy boat anchor too.
