LWD had them under part number 5802270, however I don't see them presently on their site. Perhaps they got missed on the updating of the site's format.
As far as I know, they are the only source for these. I bought a reasonable supply for myself and have 8 sitting on my desk here at the museum. The seal is also used on the Bren carriers.
