If that were close I'd probably snap it up. A GP Medium 16x32 (which that appears to be a Medium not Large) fetch 500-1000 USD for a tent and poles with US Reenactor groups.
I've put one up with just one other person. But really about 4-6 makes an easy job. More than 6 people and they just start tripping over each other and getting in the way. Matt
