I seem to remember T16 had the same size track as the Universal. Only Windsor used unique tracks and wider wheels (?)

Yes, T16 is completely interchangeable and looks the same as British / Canadian Universal and Loyd carriers. Australian pattern and Windsors have wider road wheels so the horns are further apart but are not identical to each other because the pin retention method is different.
