In Ontario Canada I have seen vehicles licensed that shouldn’t be on the road. It seems that the people that own these things have them inspected before they are modified, giving the inspection station a sense of deniability or they know a mechanic that will do the paperwork while looking the other way!

I have yet to a "rat rod" that does anything for me other have me think what a waste of "stuff" someone could use for a useful purpose. Honestly I think they are little more then a big steaming pile of sh¡t and await the day this fad passes.
