crushing cars
Carrier is not that heavy compared to tank crushers but I would be worried about tipping over.
One thing we learned was to put a big chain through the victims car, string it out in line with the approach and run the track along the chain so it doesn't squirt out or get pushed along.

I have to agree with Harry on this one and will say it is a bad idea. The carrier is too light to inflict much damage, has very poor traction with it's conventional differential, and has no overhead protection in the event of a rollover.
I did a car crush event at the local community club some years back. We sold tickets in advance and drew 3 names of who got to drive the carrier. But we used my FV432, which was quite suitable. It even spit out car parts afterwards, like a bumper that had caught up in the track. One of the names drawn was for a 16 year old boy, who used no caution in attacking the car and literally flew over it. Thankfully I had the foresight to make him (and I ) wear helmets for the event. Not a good idea. A local guy with an FV432 (about 9 ton heavier than a carrier) kissed the top deck and smashed out a number of his teeth. He left teeth marks in the aluminium. Let some other clown wreck his carrier Robert.... Just sayin'

DO IT!
Advertise the event as a fundraiser for a good cause, a community-based youth activity that gets kids off the streets and promotes self-esteem and self reliance and turns out good citizens.  Say that not only will you crush a Honda Civic, you will crush a line of cars!  Pay for entry, ALL funds going to support the Cadets.  And then crush a Honda Civic, and any other Matchbox cars you can line up end to end.  Anyone that complains that they didn't get what they paid their money to see is a bum!
