Bren carrier wheels

I will try again to post a picture when I am near my computer.
I am not 100 percent certain what they are , looking like bren wheels, but the spoke cross section is that of a H beam and the bearing is a plain bush with grease nipple.

That certainly sounds like Australian Pattern wheels.

They do have bearings inside the hub, but are enclosed with a steel cased oilseal. This might look at first glance to be a plain bearing.

I would suggest that if they are of no use to you, that you do exactly like you have done: post it here in case anyone has interest. As to buying them yourself on spec, or to help someone out in the future, unless you have lots of spare cash, and lots of storage space, that can be a very consuming endeavour. Don't ask me how I know this....

That's the wheel...…..grease nipple on the hub between the spokes.

Please do not feed the obsession. I currently have nine or ten storage sheds/buildings, and will be putting up a 4000 square foot steel span shed, hopefully this summer, to get some more vehicles under cover. My poor wife is going to have a lot to deal with when I go.
