The link worked fine for me. The ad is for a (I think he is just selling one) M104 1-1/2 ton cargo trailer. The pintle ring is cut off so there may be a ball attachment.
They are probable the least desirable of the military trailers. They are heavy, have air over hydraulic brakes (so you need to have an air brake endorsement for them), and a little high up for loading. The same trailer is also listed on kijiji.
