Simon,
On FB I read the external housing diameter of the filter on your Dodge is 115 mm. The dimensions of the filter I quoted (see link above) are: Outer diameter 98 mm Inner diameter 14,00 mm Diameter (unpacked) 98,00 mm Height (unpacked) 108,50 mm This fits the filter on my Ford F15A. It seems your Dodge is fitted with a Military Standard Junior Oil Filter. A current cross reference is Purflux L434. See the specs and attached pictures and compare them with your old Fram filter. Purflux L434 Specifications: Height: 130 mm Inner diameter: 13 mm Outer diameter: 109 mm HTH, BCA50EDE-0832-4C1F-9705-2387B5624291.jpg F52A52CE-794A-44F1-BEC4-6887DAE2EBC4.jpg 07934469-796B-43D5-8AFD-7755922CE5A8.jpg 240C8B53-D1EC-4520-B32F-42AAE9E25899.jpg
