That is so very true, there was a great highly stylized documentary about the Battle of Long Tan, with plenty of interviews with the actual soldiers who fought there, hopefully this movie will gain wide release and not be relegated to relative obscurity like other great movies like "The Crater"

Hang on Mike!!! We must stay positive!! Nobody else is offering us a up a Vietnam movie this year so far and especially not an ANZAC Vietnam movie!! Come on movie gods, if not "The Longest Day" or "A Bridge Too Far" At least give us a "Hamburger Hill" !!!

True, and I'm sure it will be instructive.

The producers/directors should be able to get it right: they have had plenty of help from well qualified people from the little I have heard about it.

Very interesting short: looking pretty good. Pity the M16 is not an M16A1, but that would just be picky,picky, picky!!

Wife and I saw this last Friday. A powerful movie. It was a very quite crowd who filed out of the movie. I have had the privilege of working with one of the Kiwi FO party members and the APC Tp Leader was the Commandant of the RAAC School of Armour when I had an exchange posting there so it was great to see there story being told. He told some interesting stories of the battle.
