This vehicle came into West Australia in 1945 and went straight to a local town council where it was disposed of 5 years later. Little use by owner over about 15 years then sold off. I never met the last owner, just his wife, but I believe he was named Lloyd and the car was never used or worked on.
No Australia army history what so ever.

I have a feeling these vehicles might have been ordered by the Australian government as transport for essential services, such as hospitals, councils, etc. Somewhere in the back of my mind I had seen that somewhere.
