Safety????
I wonder how it passed an Ontario safety.
Being in the same category as a rat-rod or home built, it does not meet the requirements as "as-manufactured" as a result it would require to meet the modern safety standards. Bumpers, seat belts, reflectors, signals, lights etc. Interesting.... Eric
