Mine is a workshop tray, but the concept is the same.

Default Tie downs

If your looking for the tie down seen in post #9 marked 4 CM . These were still available new in certain hardware stores back in the 1980s .

Have you tried looking on Aliexpress ? The Chinese still make all sorts of obsolete stuff like those tie downs . I bought some old style canvas fittings on Aliexpress. I only needed three strap eyelets but the bag contained at least 200 !
