Quite correct. However, the later (no. 197, August 1942) version of that parts list does cover the 13 cab (as well as 11 & 12 cabs). Note the C8A Heavy Utility isn't included. I've never seen another original one, but these folks list a reprint copy on their site:

Thanks for the info. Last week I missed out on a Parts List No.197 (see pic)

Here's hoping Grant is willing to sell me a copy of the Parts List C15-02...

Otherwise I will get the No.197 from the company in Belgium. I have no experience with them either but their sample plages look great.
