Hard to tell, but is that part of a winch cable guide system tucked under the left rear corner of the chassis. Two horizontal discs with a bit of cable hanging out between them? Can’t see anything on the front bumper though. David

It certainly looks like it. I don't see cable guides along the left frame rail either but they sometimes get ripped off...

Yes it is fitted with a winch. A bloke came to look at the 1940 Cab 11 Ford F30S I have for sale, last Friday and was going to look at this one on Gumtree on Saturday. Seems he is looking for a Cab 11/12 to modify into a 'who knows what' with a big Cummins engine etc.
