thanks to you, I have come a step further.
in the meantime I am talking to a factory that can process all kinds of metal or it is possible to copy the water filters.

I will keep you informed here, but first I have to calculate some sizes because I have no real idea of the dimensions of such a filter.

Check out the attached image of the type 2 metafilter. You should be able to work out the size from the dimensions indicated.

Hey guys,

I found a storage chest of water browser in a barn in the Netherlands.
The man where I found them said that he had received them from a farmer where such a water browser had probably stayed behind in the war or just after it.

Great find. What's that bit in your third photo? Looks like a handle that may rotate?

yes indeed it can turn around.
I think it is to keep the doors of the stores locker open.
