Thanks for your posts! I guess I should tell every one what I am trying to do. I have a 1943 Ford modified conventional truck. It was used by the RCAC and has 10,000. Original miles. It's currently a cab and chassis. I want to remove the civilian wheels and tires, and replace them with military 10:50-16s. I've seen my style truck with these wheels and tires on them. ( and the GS box! ) this is how I want to finish mine. I am not sure what's involved to mount these. Will need to make adapters, change the hubs, or is it the same bolt pattern? Any help or advice in this quest would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

It would help if we knew what size of civilian truck you are working on. Pictures of the current wheel set up would help as well. Jack |

Success!! Managed to figure out how to post pics! Woo Hoo! Here's the beast. I owned this great old truck about 12 years ago. I recently found it for sale, and just bought it back!
