The first 4 parts in the 2nd photo are hand brake pawls. What from?

Thanks Maurice. One holds 2 cables, the other only one. Is one British (Solex carb) and the other for the Canadian carb? The double one looks like two cables would interfere with each other. Does it just cater for an optional mounting angle?
Can someone enlighten me?
