we did a few steps on our BC

Default installed the Track Brake

Yesterday the Track Brake was installed and in addition some pictures of

looking good guys ! make sure the plungers in the brake expander are in the correct way, I believe from memory they are "handed"

To clarify: Adjuster unit and Expander assembly.

The brake ADJUSTER plungers are left and right hand, i.e.: "handed".

See part numbers for the handed adjuster unit plungers:
C01UC-105217 R.H. (right hand)
C01UC-105218 L.H. (left hand)

Another thing to consider is the fact the EXPANDER housing is not fixed, but 'floats".
The brake expander housing is supplied with slotted or castellated brass nuts, and Thackery washers to create the necessary tension.
The floating expander housing assists with the brake adjustment
