Darrell, all I can find when I google "Tote Goat" are pictures of small rudimentary motorbikes with balloon tyres. Reminds me of the Honda Monkey my uncle used to own. No reference to any use with the military, though. Could it be they were tested and found unsuitable to run circles around the laager?
