The control panel is just an ammeter and a combination ignition and lighting switch. It is not a Cadillac item but rather a model T item that was retro fitted to this truck around the same time as the conversion. The panel is from the model years 1919-1925 I believe. There was a run of khaki paint down the back of it, so that switch was there during it's military service, whenever that might have been.
