I have measured my NOS pulleys: the part numbers come from the packaging; the part number is not stamped on the pulleys (whereas the early 79-10130-C pulley has the number clearly stamped). My 01W-10130-A pulley is nominally 4.5" but actually measures 4.75" outer diameter. My 01W-10130-C pulley is nominally a 3.5" pulley (but actually measures 3.6875" OD). Both have partially threaded bore 5/8"-18 tpi. They do not use a keyway. They appear to thread onto the armature and then a castelleated nut keeps it locked.
