Default Merry christmas

Hi All

Wishing all a Very Merry Christmas to you and you families from our family here in Australia. I suggest Santa wears his Shorts, T Shirt and flip flops when visiting us here as the forecast here will be 42 degrees.

Cheers to All

Tony

Tony, first reaction is to say "p*ss off " as your mockery of us here in the frozen side of the world is not welcomed We can gladly send some cold your way if you like.

Merry Christmas to you and yours and the rest of our friends in AU and NZ

Merry Christmas to everyone on MLU across the globe.

I would suggest Santa fine tune his GPS if he is traveling around our area. We are due for a severe blizzard for both Christmas and Boxing day. But at least it won't be terribly cold.

A Very Merry Christmas and Happy, Safe and Healthy 2017 to all MLU members around the world.

Thanks to my friends on here, some I have actually met in person, I have now added several things to my Bucket List. A 1/4T to drive around in the summer, a visit to Shilo and meet Rob Love in person, a stop at the Hammond Barn as I'm always impressed with the good work and fun out there and a ride on JDCMs Sherman once its operational. And also, finishing up my M37CDN!

You are welcome (as are all MLU members) but I would suggest waiting for warmer temps. I would hate to see you not want to leave the airport facility.

There is a reason why Manitoban's don't smile or talk much........we would freeze our teeth if we did.

It is too cold for snowballs. For a snowball, you need to have temps much much nearer to freezing.

It is said the Inuit have 20 words for snow to cover the different types. It was just last week we were experiencing the dry cold snow that squeaks as you walk on it. That is generally at about -25 and colder.

We are now under a winter storm watch, just upgraded from a weather advisory. We will likely only get 15 to 30 cm of snow, but with high winds which will bring us into blizzard conditions. I have no where to go, so the next few days will be spent near the fireplace, or I may venture out to the shop and start the woodstove on boxing day and work on some projects. .

Default Good will to all.....

:thup2 :All the very best to the MLU members for making some interesting and helpful times this past year. And thank you Hanno for keeping the flag flying. Remember this year is Canada's 150th Birthday, so get those vehicles out and splash a little olive drab around! Cheers and good health to all....Robert
