For your fuel filter, think about whether the filter sold for Willys MB are close enough. I think they are close.

For the Chevrolet emblem look at http://www.classychevusa.com/index.c...od/prd1730.htm I do not know what size these emblems are but the style looks similar to the emblem used on the CMP.

I have not used these parts to be able to say they are good. You must decide for yourself if they suit your need.

For the handle on the cab floor, have you considered making a replica?

For the axle shafts, you will either need to either find someone with NOS parts (LWD parts , Ross Prince, or other) or find another truck that can give up an axle shaft. If you have shafts but they are a little rusty you may be able to polish the rust off.
