Thanks for the informative responses. Believe it or not, I do have an earlier version of that manual kicking around somewhere. I believe mine might be dated 1940. I actually read it from cover to cover when I first got it back in 1999. Of course at the time I owned a jeep and wouldn't have thought to remember details this minute.
I seem to remember generalities these days. Well, if I can even remember those. My impression is that my training pamphlet covered things like, how many carriers were deployed per battalion and stuff like that. I look forward to re-reading and re-forgetting everything one month later. Thanks again, Chris |
