Photo is a bit fuzzy. Just took it in the dark. You can see it bolts to the floor and up under the dash. Takes two 303 rifles and the rack is a unit on its own. Have seen pictures of these racks bolted into the back of Aussie I ton Utes.

Cliff,
The 1939 drivers manual mentions 'holdfasts' and 'spikes for holdfasts'. The packing diagram shows them stowed presumably in boxes stored at the front of the rear body in the centre opening above the winch position. I'm not sure what the holdfasts consist of. |
