Parts all came back from sandblasting earlier this week. Today was the first chance I have had to get them prepped and then painted with POR15. Hopefully will be spraying KG#3 on Monday and then parts can start going back on mid week. The chassis frame is a royal pain to move around without any wheels.

Thanks Bob

Im using the tie coat primer they sell. Today was a bit rushed and i thought I would try it while the POR was still tacky. Worked for the most part with just a bit of cracking effect. However it wont affect the final finish.

I got the frame all painted and the brakes installed. However when I went to put the hubs back on I couldn't. The pads are too thick. I did a tiny bit of hand sanding and was able to get the drums on. This at least allowed me to out wheels on and roll/drag it back into the shop. Once I get a chance I'll be removing the drums and sanding down the brake shoes.

Finished more parts painting today. Painted the wheel rims and large body panels. I also managed to get the brake drums installed after dealing with some oversize brake shoes. I managed to sand them down with a palm sander. Up next will be installing the shock absorbers and small frame parts.

Dear all,

someone of you has the drawings in order to make a copy of the two tool box placed in both sides of the 10 cwt trailer?

Thanks in advance for your kindness.

Best Regardis

Luigi
