Carrier owner identification

I know nothing about the carrier shown but the white van parked next to it appears to say Niagara on the door which suggests it was in that region of Ontario, Canada when photographed. If it is claimed that the carrier is in another place, you may want to ask extra questions about its ownership history.
If Niagara is the good location, the photos are not likely taken this year - too many leaves on the trees and other plants.
