David the only pics I have of early stuff without the ventilation holes is of my Ford cab 11 that I owned in NZ years ago and it is just a rusty old unrestored truck.
If you want the pics though I will send them to you, just let me know. PS> glad the books are coming cause it is long overdue. Is there any word on proposed release date as I am drooling over them now
