The modern day 'Dragon Wagon' bears no resemblance to the original and I fear will prove to be nowhere near as useful.
The ability to shed its rear end like a gecko may have some tactical advantage but this must surely be outweighed by the serious reduction in mobility.
Another blind alley methinks.

Now if there is another spare on the far side, and they can both be lowered hydraulically....
