A winch or a come-a-long will drag it towards the trailer. Then with two jackalls, tip it back and get the trailer under it as far as it will go. Let it down and continue with the come-a-long. Use planks as necessary.
They are no picnic to lift as already mentioned. Don't be fooled by the aluminum skin.
