Oh my.... Snowfall Warning for Southern Alberta

A long period of snowfall, with total amounts of 20 to 30 cm is expected. 20 centimetres of snow has already fallen. An additional 5 centimetres of snow is expected to fall this evening before the snow tapers off to light flurries overnight.

Made sure I packed a ski jacket ....

Really lousy weather here. I like snow but not the measly wet type.

It's been said temperature will raise sharply by the end of the week!

Welcome to Western Canada Hanno. If it's any consolation, that will just about be the last of the snow for the year, and was a bit of an anomoly.

We were getting small hints of it here as well.
