yes I have had a quote from them..... you could buy another carrier.
They are very very good mind, the problem is unless they have a massive amount of track links to make you get hit for the tooling and setup costs which are vast. so unless you can get alot of other carrier owners with some serious money to hand, you may struggle to get the required minimum.

hmm...
 well at somepoint enough people will need tracks for it to be feasible to have new ones made. I have some leads to follow on tracks now.

The problem seems to have been due to a worn gear selector.
