Afternoon Mark:

Not sure what info you are looking for but I can give you this much, from Bart Vanderveen's Directory on Post WWII vehicles.

There was apparently first the FQ10 starting in 1959 that was labelled a "Weapons Carrier". This was followed by the FQ15L (1963) and the 2FQ15L in 1964. There was also an ambulance version of the FQ15 vehicle. As mentioned elsewhere, Nissan also did a similar vehicle in two slightly different versions.

I would assume these specific vehicles would not have seen service in Korea but they certainly did in VietNam.

I have a half dozen or so "period" photos of both the cargo and ambulance versions of the Toyota I can post when I get my scanner fixed/replaced if that would be of interest to you. May have a catalog or data sheet somewhere too. I know I do have one on the later Nissan truck.

Let me know.
Bill
