Funny I just came across 3 of those folding shovels with the pick, one is dated 1955 and made by Ames, the American Sword Maker, they also made the US folding shovels in WW2. Heres the kicker, the shovel is C Broad Arrowed!
So I had to buy it..there were 2 other shovels of this type also, both dated after 54, made by NSF and again C Broad Arrowed. I do not know who NSF was, however they showed use and came as surplus. Odd DEan
