Yes, that is correct. Note that there are two contracts, one for 17 of them, and another contract for 1. Perhaps that is where the two years of production come in. Also interesting to note that the one local to me is a M133 or M135 chassis, where this data summary only mentions the dual wheeled M207. I will venture to guess that the one local to me is included in these production numbers.
M207 were just a cab and chassis, to be used for specialized bodies, or perhaps used to replace damaged cab/chassis for some of the other dual wheeled trucks. The M133 was the same cab and chassis deal as backup for the M135 or specialized vehicles. The museum here has a deuce with whinch that for all appearances is an M135, but the data plate says M133.
