Timing is at top dead center or TDC.
Almost starts every time even when cold. Probably started it that way 200 times at events. I just stand there twirling the crank until someone says they recognize it or ask what it is. Motor is pretty tired which makes it easy just got to make sure it;s not in gear! |

Good work Harry I had to start the Wc12 a few times that way but not as a demo but crapped out starter

I sorted out the C60S tipper out at CMEC and after a little TLC on Saturday I started it cold with the Hand Crank on Sunday morning. Little stiffer as there are only a few hundred miles on it. I think when you hand crank it you might be turning it over faster than the starter.. i get it going on the upstroke half using my knees standing up.
