Default Bren gun

This seems to be cheap for a bren gun carrier, might have to ask Colin Jones. Anyone else have any idea about the condition of her?

Can somebody shed some light on the gun sticking out the front.....certainly doesn't look like a Vickers with a barrel like that . I'm fairly certain those front fenders are off a LP2a, with the light guards squashed down to take a square light.....please someone correct me if I'm wrong. The front idler wheels look like they came from a LP2 as well.

I too thought it was cheap looking at the photo, but after seeing the rest of the pics, it's not so cheap and it's in the middle of nowhere. I love the blocks of wood for the engine mounts. Perhaps a good one for Lynn to take back to NZ as hand luggage
Colin.

Colin I enquired about it, hence the extra photos. If I was in a position to do something about it, I would.
British carriers seem to be most common in Aussie. Not too many here either. Quite rare around the globe by comparison to Canadian carriers.
How many people in the U.K can put their hands up and say "I own one".
Not very many.
The left side upper plate is a lower hull side plate from another carrier.

As is often the case, there's more stuff in the background of the pics, too!
