Default Lacquered timber? You've got to be kidding!

Well, I'm mortar fired!

I thought you guys would have been the first to howl down anyone that applied a timber finish to vehicle components that were only ever painted.

What next? Troop seats? Cargo box floors? Entire wooden cargo bodies?

As somebody once commented when confronted with a lacquered steering wheel on a military vehicle.'It's not a bloody boat!'

Stunned of Woodend.
