Default Lucky to have one.....

Don't be so picky...... most of the boxes we find are like soda crackers....so rusted and delaminated they can only be used as models.

Metal soft...??? it is not supposed to be bullet proof....... that is only because you reproduced your battery box from 3/16 steel.

Remember war time production.... unskilled labor/welders ....... amazing it survived for 70 years.

Glad to hear you're going to hit the road and be in a parade..... don't forget to video for U tube......

Curious to find out how the 261 will perform speed wise....... you do have the brakes working ..?
